Thai Yoga Massage:	$70 – $90* Sessions are approx. 1 – 2 Hours

Reiki: Tradition Usui Energy Healing – Blended with Universal Wave Energy. A session is fully clothed, on a massage table and is healing, relaxing and therapeutic.

Thai Yoga Massage (Nuad Bo-Rarn) is from Northern Thailand, each session is between 1-2hs, fully clothed and on a floor mat. The massage itself is a continual flow of both acupressure and having yoga done to you. It is healing, balancing and energizing. Read a full description here.

It is advised to wear comfortable clothing, loose fitting pants and top and to not eat a heavy meal beforehand.
